About Me
I'm a Filipino-American raised and based in San Antonio, Texas. From scrappy designer to studio owner and now to Disney, I work on intentional systems, charming communication, and engaging education.
While I continue to grow in my career and craft, I also pursue ways to stay true to my values. As a first-generation college student, I find fulfillment in providing education and opportunities to other designers. I act on this by volunteering my time online through portfolio reviews, career advice, and the occasional presentation to classes at my alma mater.
In my free time, I binge video games, casually watch anime, and sing too loud in the car.
Experiences
12/2023 - CURRENT
Design features for Disney's digital news suite: ABC News, their owned TV Stations, and Good Morning America.
Launched Elections 2024 features for the ABC News website and app including: Interactive Election Map, Your Voice Your Vote 2024 updated branding assets, Candidates on the Issues, Exit Polls table designs, National Map Results, and state results pages for primaries.
Spearheaded a visual accessibility solution for map products on ABC News' Elections features by introducing pattern usage specific to each map's data type needing to be communicated.
09/2022 - 11/2023
Maintain, expand, and continue support for our internal brand system and guidelines for Disney employees, including further exploration and updates during our re-organization.
Connect with the Enterprise teams to create a brand strategy and support their visual efforts for 100+ internal and external tools.
Liaise with the Enterprise Design Language team to adapt brand elements for use across our Enterprise portfolio.

Collaborated with a team of designers, product managers, and brand partners to deliver time-sensitive assets across our family of brands.
Led the internal brand expansion effort for the Technology org in Disney Media and Distribution.
Engaged in long-term projects for internal brand efforts, assets for internal events, and onboarding documentation templates.
09/2019 - 09/2021
Owned client relationships, including kick-offs, presentations, and execution of branding, illustration, and web projects.
Responsible for designing logomarks, identity systems, brand guidelines, illustrations, and publications.
Designed and developed client websites on WordPress, Webflow, and Squarespace.
Created static and animated digital marketing assets for social media, emails, and website content.
05/2018 - 09/2019
Learned and coded front-end styling of custom WordPress themes alongside a sub-contracted development team.
Managed and led communication on all website-related projects directly with clients and sub-contracted developers.
Created options for branding and illustration presentations.
Created additional branded collateral such as social media, print assets, and other marketing materials.
